Derbyshire Friend’s confidential LGB&T switchboard is here to give you the advice or support you need around issues such as:

-          Sexual health

-          Coming out

-          Sexuality

-          Relationships

-          Family issues

-          Isolation or loneliness

or any other issues you have that you feel could be helped by talking to a trained LGB&T switchboard volunteer.

We are also here if you want us to send you condoms (within Derbyshire) or want information about local services, groups & gay venues.

You are very welcome to contact us by email. We will reply to you within 7 days and offer as much support as we can.

All phonecalls and emails will be treated as completely confidential. We do monitor the type of contact we get but this would not include any of your personal details.

We offer supportive listening from a trained volunteer or staff member:

-          You can say as much or as little as you like.

-          Any questions asked will be to try to help you, rather than being searching questions.

-          You won’t be judged.
